Ok…so here’s the thing. If you treat housing as an investment you need to understand that there is risk involved. Jeff seems to think I’m he’s owed a profit on this condo. That’s not how the market works. One step to fixing housing is to not concern ourselves with whether Jeff loses money. 🤷‍♂️

Renting it out for a bit while you visit your kids isn’t really the same as being a landlord. This doesn’t seem like the type of scenario we should revel in the guy taking a bath.
