Walking away from my ex husband, when I was raised in a religion that doesn't allow divorce was the hardest thing I've ever done. He wasn't inherently a bad person, but so unwilling to change that my mental health almost resulted in 💀. Choosing myself though in the end was the best decision, and now I have a S/O who has never made me doubt my self worth. It took working on myself first to make that happen though.

Phew. I struggle here … I am currently dating someone since 3 months and he says I am not giving enough time and energy and commitment to become his primary partner (for open relationship). He says I first need to heal and develop some traits I don’t have yet and need for a long relationship. I agree, I struggle with committing and being open to receive. Other hand it gives me the feeling of not being chosen for who I am but kept for potential. That does not feel good and I feel I chase him
