Just got into a heated conversation at work about what a “standard screwdriver” is. APPARENTLY it’s a flathead, when dude asked me for a “standard screwdriver” I thought he wanted a # 2 Phillips, and he grabbed my flathead and said “this is a standard screwdriver” and I said “brother that is a prybar”. Anyways after some googling he was definitely right but I had never heard of a flathead being called a “standard screwdriver before”
