A lot of people send me messages and questions about aviation incidents and wanting to know “what happened”. And respectfully, I don’t think it’s responsible to speculate on what happened in a public forum. My thoughts are with the people involved. There are a multitude of teams of professionals and investigators investigating exactly what happened, and it’s my opinion that it’s disrespectful and not my place to throw wild guesses into the wind about it and there will be an official report.
