So someone posted a note on our front door today basicaly telling us we were under new rental management and that she was our new property manager and to contact her asap with a specific number to update our contact info.... Crazy part is I looked up the company and it is a legit company but it's a real estate company, also found the name of the lady on the website and her number did not match the number they were trying to get us to call...

If you haven't already, contact the new Co via 📱, using contact details you obtained independently of the letter you received & verify the change verbally, then demand notification per your rental contact, ESPECIALLY when it comes to change of payment details. Do not ever, ever rely on any non contractual notifications or contact details for this.
