2am thoughts …. Being a pitmusician in am dram (community for the US folx) theatre is a very weird experience. We try to be a part of the production, and feel part of the team but there’s always a bit of a weirdness because we often appear very late in process, don’t integrate with the cast until typically just around the show week, and have some resentment from some casts because we dare get paid
