I’m going to start counting the amount of times I’m asked the same question by medical staff, that could easily be answered by READING MY CHART.
Your job is to READ THE CHART BEFORE you enter the room.
I’ll never forget WALKING OUT, because a doctor asked me, “does he have any cardiac or neurological issues?”
He had a heart transplant as a newborn, epilepsy, stage 3 kidney failure, etc.
If you don’t have time to read a chart, you don’t have time to see me.
It’s a safety concern.
