My bf, apparently, has been highly inconvenienced by my failed suicide attempt on Christmas. I'm going through severe antidepressant discontinuation syndrome and I've had an intense headache for over a week. Of course, it's my fault for doing this to myself, which he likes to remind me of. I can't help but think, spitefully, "Sorry for not successfully committing suicide... I'll do better next time???" 1/4

My bipolar disorder is absolutely fkd, yes, but it's the borderline personality traits that are probably the worst because my emotional regulation skills are non-existent when I'm distressed. I'm impulsive and it truly feels like my chest is about to rip apart from all the emotions that hit way too hard. I'm extra glad that we don't have easy access to guns here in Australia. I probably would have shot myself in the head years ago. 2/4
