All these idiotic Americans jumping on this thread to shout "how do we defend ourselves without guns??" Answer: the same as you do now... You DON'T. The only people you're fighting is each other... It's a self inflicted violence. The rest of the world manages just fine and no, England is not overrun by knife crime, it's actually fairly minimal. Better yet, we don't have to send our kids to school to learn anti gun drills or worry if our kids will come home alive. Evolve America.

Why is it that Americans think a gun is the Answer. Here in the UK we have very strong gun laws, which no doubt over time will become stronger. My guess is we have less gun crime but suffer more from knive crime.
