Wednesday Congestion Pricing update. Pattern appears to hold. Couple of Notes: 1. This is not meant as causal for now. We will get better data such as actual number of cars, number of trains users etc. 2. The purpose of the FDR picture is a control. If there are fewer cars on the streets due to say weather, we'd expect to see the FDR have fewer cars too.
