As an Altadena survivor, I am appalled by the lies I am hearing on the mainstream and I'm sure Fox News by right wing wingnuts. We had 80 - 100 mile an hour winds. Our infrastructure was fine but that was an impossible situation no matter what throughout Los Angeles. I applaud Los Angeles County, our mayors, and emergency response teams for their help and care for our communities. All conspiracy theorists can F off. Lives had to come first over buildings. Many buildings could not be saved.

While they cannot share their stance on politics they complained that there is a lack of staffing, lack of resources, and they are over worked, some are working 5 day, 24 hour shifts a week. A fireman said after 20+ years in service, leadership has shut down more firestations and there are less fire engines on duty.
