Back to running after what seems to be the longest! I used to run regularly, especially on weekends.But since I shifted to my current place, my fave park to run ni kene naik kereta to go.Then, i got pregnant. And now, here I am after 2 months postpartum, kembali berlari.Moga istiqamah 😊
Ok ke lari lepas baru 2 bulan bersalin cser? Boleh.Mommies boleh start exercise 6-8 weeks lepas deliver, just avoid high impact exercise & heavy lifting dulu. Slowly, but surely mommies! 💪
