1/ They offered me two free months. This might be because I’ve been on the pay monthly plan, the annual plan is the cost of 10 months which effectively gives 2 months free. I immediately snapped up this offer.

幾秒內	陳競濤 \| JingTao Tan jeengtau	2/ They asked if I want to downgrade my plan. Microsoft bumped up the price of all M365 subscriptions to include AI features. My family plan is currently RM54/month. There was an option to switch to the RM41/month Family Classic with no AI, or RM44/month Personal with AI. I’ve set a reminder to do this after my free 2 months ends.
