legitimate question, working with muscle imbalances in the quads, for unilateral exercises, would it be beneficial to do more reps on the weaker leg to allow that leg to catch up with the more dominant leg? Gym Threads

No, start with your weaker side and do as many reps you can and then match the same repetition with your stronger side even if you can do more on the stronger side don't do it limit it to the same reps as the weaker side they will catch up
