1. Reverse Pyramid Training RPT starts with the heaviest weights first and tapers down as you go down in weight. Ex. Set 1 - 200x6-8 reps Set 2 - 190x8-10 Set 3 - 180x10-12 Starting heaviest weight helped doing the hard work when I was freshest.

2. Walking Between Sets Stop wasting time on your phone between sets. Walk around the gym instead. Doing 5 exercises 3 sets each = 45 potential minutes of walking. It's an easy way to get more steps while improving recovery. Video cred: @ltrain_chronicles on IG
