Another Jr Exec resign today.. I’m already covering for Head of Corporate Finance who left, doing the job of 2 Finance Manager (Finance Operations & Corp Finance/Reporting) and trying to keep my team’s morale high. Not to mention any task my HOD taknak buat then I have to cover for him lagi.. I’m already stretched too thin. I’m only a Finance Manager tau! Not even Sr Manager or Finance Controller. I know I perform well but robot pun boleh gila rasanya. Is it just me? Am I not resilient enough?

Telan sendiri and all you get is stress. I believe we need to perform well but companies also need to know the adequate headcount to run a department, especially Finance.
