This time of year ago I shared with people in my life that bullying at work I was experiencing had made me suicidal. To this day none of the people that said "here if you need to talk" had made themselves available when I did reach out. To the contrary, there were plenty of excuses as to not have a conversation, meet up or simply make space for me in their lives. Some even have weaponized my ongoing mental health battle to end the friendship. This past year I grieved many people that are alive
