가급적 약없이 병 고치는게 내 기본 철학인데, 때론 약처방이 필요하긴 하다. 그래도 약에 의존하면 본인의 치유력을 잃을 수 있기에 근본적으론 내가 바뀌어야한다. 신정의 경우는 참 어렵다. 이건 인간이 건강하게 120년을 사는 것과도 깊은 연관이 있다. 신정을 끌어 쓰는 치료제는 위험하다. 신정을 보해야한다. 아주 천천히. 신음과 신양의 균형을 살피며. 다시 직접구를 시작해야겠다. 그동안 너무 오래 쉬었다.
