One day I was at Starbucks, I printed out a fake memo saying all baristas were getting a $5/hr raise… but only if they passed a "customer satisfaction test."
I left it near the espresso machine and waited.
Within an hour, things started changing.
Baristas were smiling at customers like their rent depended on it.
Drinks were coming out faster than ever.
No one was writing "Jasmin" as "Ghxzymyn" anymore.
