Well it does say something about how Windows makes money from home users now, I haven't ever used Windows 10/11 but I've noticed a lot of questions pop up online about how to permanently remove some apps. Back when I used Windows laptops it was recommended to format and reinstall because of all the sponsored apps they came with, i get the feeling Microsoft liked their idea.
