It could get worse and worse because there is no spaces to expand Gardiner that is like cardiovascular diseases also there is no spaces to build another Highway AND there is no money to build underground passageway (this is very expensive!)

No more bike lanes. The $hit show that they are already blocks access to the curb for people that need it like the disabled, women with strollers, emergency vehicles etc.

bike lanes make traffic worse. ai used yo have a ten minute commute then they built bike lanes and my commute time tripled. Bike lanes are useless to people who commute. I can't afford to live in the city but can't find work outside the city. So you want to make my life more unaffordable?

Park your car at a GO train station and ride the train to Union?

Are you proposing that people who don't live in Toronto have to pay a fee to drive in Toronto on roads that are maintained, at least in part, using provincial funds? That is some NIMBY ass shit if I ever heard it. Espdcially since even people who live in Kenora are paying for the Gardiner.

As a previous GTA resident now living in Hong Kong, I am not toooo sure if more bike lanes gonna work. Congestion charge? Where to start the toll? If I need to go back to suburbs, I enter 404 via Bloor OR just drive northbound on any North-South streets (bypass Gardiner and 400-series highways altogether.) Usually I park near TTC station such as STC, Fairview Mall, or UT underground parking if really necessary, then switch to public transportation

Great idea except fordnationdougford has shut down the idea of a congestion charge and it requires provincial blessing to become a reality since it requires billing the place owner

I’m still waiting for city to figure out that they’ll have to rebuild the Gardiner along the beachfront. I promise you it will happen doesn’t matter who protests it and why it needs to be done

How about you stop complaining, sell your vehicle, buy yourself a bicycle and now you’re not stuck in traffic. At the same time while you’re complaining about everything else, sell your place, by a tent so you’re not damaging the environment, also become a vegan and don’t buy anything made from oil. If you follow this you will be living a better life and we won’t need to hear you ever again, because you won’t have a cell phone, computer, tablet. Go live your real life!!!
