I had to sell my apartment because my downstairs neighbor banged on the ceiling throughout the night for months. My 3 yr old daughter and I were out all day (work/school) and only came home in the evenings. We were VERY quiet! Police were called; nothing could be done. Management was called; nothing could be done. Received a text from a neighbor who said “what are you guys doing, she’s been banging all night!” I replied, “we aren’t even HOME, we’re away on vacation!” We moved soon after. 🤬

Insane because my caucasian neighbour did the same to me when i first moved in. I found out that the black man next door she had done the same exact thing to him. I called the leasing office and gave them my schedule and told them i want a time stamp of when she calls and I can prove i am not home. She is a dirty and miserable karen! She finally stopped when she realized i was documenting and writing back to the leasing office.

I am having the same issue! Downstairs neighbor fussing at my door last night to say I’d stomped enough to knock something of the wall in his bathroom and it had broken. I had been napping and hadn’t been near the bathroom for hours 😮‍💨

Sounds like my UPSTAIRS neighbor . My children and I moved in September 30th , this woman starts spazzing about PORCH LIGHTS when I barely was here a full week then threatening me and eavesdropping into my house . Now all she does is stomping around and move heavy ass shit around at the oddest hours , blasting her speaker after 10 , etc . I think it's because she doesn't want anyone living below her but the landlord served her with an eviction notice Bc this ain't the first time🤣

Her place must be haunted. Cause everybody here was in never neverland.

I lived in a basement condo for less than two months while pregnant with my first child due to the lady upstairs from us, dragging something really heavy from one end of her place to the other all day every day starting at 6am, and then having the audacity to complain about my dogs just existing (they were allowed). they never barked because they were so traumatized by this noise. We never figured out what it was but it sounded like luggage. Or a couch.
