Tonight I was at one of our local @target stores. There were only two cashiers on duty, so I went to self-checkout. Only two of the machines were operating. I waited behind an apparent family; a presumed grandmother, a 20-ish woman and two young kids. The young woman was trying to pay for her purchase using her phone. She tried repeatedly without success. Finally, they simply took their cart full of merchandise and left the store with it without paying. ⬇️
