Didn't the CEO just get assassinated today in mid mahattan?

Hard to feel sorry for certain aspects of certain individuals life when they’re putting out negative energy and then that just coming right back around to them

That CEO is not going to have anyone crying at his funeral, it looks like

Same experience for me with BCBS. I went to their hospital for my hysterectomy and they wouldn’t cover the anesthesiologist because he was out of network. I asked how I was supposed to know who was going to be on call and attend my surgery? Apparently I have to vet the entire team for that day and hope nothing changes? Do I keep rescheduling until everyone is on your bingo card? In my mind, if I went to your hospital, every F’ng thing in that building should fall under the approved umbrella.

I say this with all the love in my heart - fuck the American healthcare system. The problem is that it isn’t broken. It’s operating exactly the way it’s designed to, with the only thing that matters being shareholder returns. You know what. Fuck capitalism.

I worked for a small DME provider as a biller. We accepted UHC because we pretty much had to after so many people signed up for their Medicare advantage plans. We were the only provider in the area so it was worth it to be able to still take care of our patients. and we pretty much billed 5 things exactly the same every single time and every single claim was denied initially, then about 80% of them were paid on appeal. So I spent half of my day dealing with the appeals, it was horrendous.

Is universal healthcare so impossible for Americans to grasp🤔 Is it the “capitalism is great “ mantra you guys repeat ad nausium? Your system is evil Capitalism cannot exist along with Christianity 🇺🇸🙏🏻

This is so bizarre to an Australian. I’ve had a baby, two emergency surgeries and two general admissions to hospitals and didn’t pay even .1 cent. It’s not perfect, there are waiting lists for surgeries but emergencies are covered. You’ll never lose your house bc of ill health.

It’s all terrible but a person was killed today and his wife and children will always remember the holidays that way. The healthcare system is so broken- but this isn’t the way to fix it.
