based on pengalaman I jumpa psychiatrist dan psychologist, I noticed both of them helped a lot in a very different way.
Psychologist : I perasan diorg tak ckp byk waktu therapy session, tp soalan2 yg diorg tnya akan slowly lead my mind yg tgh serabut tu jadi tersusun balik. So biasanya end of each therapy, i akan rasa my mind lapang sikit.
